Tracing the leak
We start at the most likely points: failed mastic at flashings, perished gaskets between panels, slipped polycarbonate sheets, blocked end caps and cracked finials. A water test confirms the source before we commit to a repair.
Lasting fixes
Old silicones are stripped back rather than just over-sealed, panels are lifted and reseated on new tape, and lead or aluminium flashings are renewed where they have lifted from the wall.
